How do you feel on your low carb diet and how is this different from before?

    I tried the ketogenic diet when a high carb diet was leaving me exhausted and hungry. I felt so much energy and increased focus that I stayed on the keto diet and started doing experiments and research. While most diets will work for most people, the low carb diet works well for people with metabolic syndrome, prediabetes, and diabetes, and who have trouble losing weight.
